Byron is a biracial, Naarm (Melbourne-based) person of Ghanian and Anglo-Australian heritage. A member of the LGBTIQ+ community, Byron is passionate about diversity and inclusion and providing opportunities for individuals and organisations wishing to adopt diversity, equity and inclusion principles to progress safe, inclusive spaces.
Byron has almost 15 years of experience in Federal and state governments across multiple jurisdictions. With extensive experience in policy development, workshop delivery, grant writing and MC-ing and event hosting, Byron is able to harness his skills experiences to tailor-made and effective as it is unique.
